These terms govern your use of the services provided by JURIS&EDU AI TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. ("Juris & Edu", "we"). By using the service, you agree to them.本条款约束你对 JURIS&EDU AI TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD.（"Juris & Edu""我们"）所提供服务的使用。使用即表示你同意本条款。
1. The service一、服务
Juris & Edu provides education software — including AI-assisted marking, tutoring, knowledge mapping, pathway guidance, reporting and administration — for schools, centres, tutors, education groups, and the families they serve.Juris & Edu 提供教育软件——包括 AI 辅助批改、辅导、知识图谱、升学指导、报告与运营管理——面向学校、机构、教师、教育集团及其服务的家庭。
2. Accounts二、账户
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Institution and parent accounts are responsible for the learners they add.你须妥善保管账户凭据，并对账户下的活动负责。机构与家长账户对其添加的学生负责。
3. Acceptable use三、可接受使用
Use the service lawfully and for its intended educational purpose. Do not misuse it, attempt to breach its security, or upload content you have no right to use.请合法地、按其教育用途使用本服务。不得滥用、试图破坏其安全，或上传你无权使用的内容。
4. AI outputs & teacher judgement四、AI 结果与老师判断
The service is built to be trustworthy: it cites its sources, abstains when unsure, and presents results for a teacher's review. AI outputs are assistive and are not a substitute for professional judgement; the teacher or user retains the final decision and responsibility for how outputs are used.本服务以"可信"为设计目标：亮出出处、拿不准时弃权、并将结果交老师复核。AI 结果为辅助性质，不能替代专业判断；最终决定与使用责任由老师或用户承担。
5. Intellectual property五、知识产权
The service, and all software and materials we provide, belong to Juris & Edu. Content you upload remains yours; you grant us the limited rights needed to provide the service to you.本服务及我们提供的全部软件与素材归 Juris & Edu 所有。你上传的内容仍归你所有；你授予我们为向你提供服务所必需的有限权利。
6. Availability & liability六、可用性与责任
The service is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and limit our liability for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.本服务以合理努力提供。在法律允许的范围内，我们排除默示保证，并对间接或后果性损失限制责任。本条不排除依法不可排除的责任。
7. Term & changes七、期限与变更
Either party may end use of the service in accordance with the applicable agreement. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use means acceptance of the updated terms.任一方均可依据适用协议终止使用。我们可能不时更新本条款；继续使用即视为接受更新后的条款。
8. Governing law八、适用法律
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction.本条款受新加坡法律管辖，新加坡法院拥有管辖权。
