This policy explains how JURIS&EDU AI TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. ("Juris & Edu", "we", "us") collects, uses, discloses and protects personal data, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (the "PDPA").本政策说明 JURIS&EDU AI TECHNOLOGY PTE. 1. What we collect一、我们收集什么

• Account data — name, role (student, parent, teacher, administrator), email and institution.账户数据——姓名、角色（学生/家长/教师/管理员）、邮箱与所属机构。
• Learning data — work you submit (essays, answers, uploaded homework), marks, progress and mastery derived from real answers.学习数据——你提交的作业（作文、答题、上传的作业）、成绩、进度，以及由真实作答得出的掌握度。
• Usage data — how the service is used, for security and to improve reliability.使用数据——服务的使用情况，用于安全与提升可靠性。

2. How we use it二、我们如何使用

To provide the service — marking on your rubric, tutoring from your material, reports and administration — to keep it secure, and to improve its quality. AI outputs are grounded in the material you provide and are presented for a teacher's review; the teacher retains the final decision.用于提供服务——按你的评分标准批改、依你的材料辅导、生成报告与管理——以及保障安全、提升质量。AI 结果基于你提供的材料，交由老师复核；最终决定权始终在老师。

3. Consent & children三、同意与未成年人

Where a learner is a minor, processing is carried out on the basis of the consent of the school and/or a parent or guardian. A school or parent may review, correct or withdraw at any time, subject to legal and contractual limits.当学生为未成年人时，数据处理基于学校及/或家长（监护人）的同意进行。学校或家长可随时查看、更正或撤回，惟受法律与合同限制。

4. Disclosure四、披露

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.我们不出售个人数据。仅在保密义务下与代我们处理数据的服务提供商共享，或在法律要求时披露。

5. Where data is held五、数据存放地

Student data is processed in-region in Singapore. Where any transfer outside Singapore is necessary, we take steps consistent with the PDPA to ensure a comparable standard of protection.学生数据在新加坡本地区处理。如确需跨境传输，我们将采取符合 PDPA 的措施，确保获得可比的保护标准。

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, and every AI decision is cited and logged so a result can be explained.
