Juris & Edu handles student and staff personal data under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). This notice summarises the commitments schools, centres and families rely on.Juris & Edu 依据新加坡《2012 年个人数据保护法》（PDPA）处理师生个人数据。本说明概述学校、机构与家庭可依赖的承诺。
Our commitments, in short我们的承诺（概要）
- In-region. Student data is processed in Singapore.本地区。学生数据在新加坡处理。
- Purpose-bound. Data is used to deliver the education service, and no more.目的受限。数据仅用于提供教育服务，不作他用。
- Consent-based. For minors, the school and/or parent gives and controls consent.基于同意。未成年人由学校及/或家长给予并掌控同意。
- On-device for sensitive signals. Attention analysis runs on the learner's device; no video leaves it.敏感信号设备端处理。专注度分析在学生设备上进行；画面不外传。
- Explainable. Every AI decision is cited and logged.可解释。每个 AI 决策都有出处并留痕。
- No sale. We never sell personal data.不出售。我们从不出售个人数据。

Purpose of collection收集目的
We collect only the data needed to run the service you have engaged us for — marking, tutoring, progress reporting and administration — and we tell you the purpose at the point of collection.我们仅收集运行你所委托服务（批改、辅导、进度报告、运营管理）所需的数据，并在收集时告知目的。
Consent, access & correction同意、查阅与更正
You may withdraw consent, and request access to or correction of personal data, at any time. We will respond within a reasonable time as required by the PDPA.你可随时撤回同意，并申请查阅或更正个人数据。我们将依 PDPA 在合理时间内回应。
Overseas transfer跨境传输
Where any transfer of personal data outside Singapore is necessary to provide the service, we take reasonable steps to ensure a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA.如为提供服务确需将个人数据传输至新加坡境外，我们将采取合理措施，确保获得与 PDPA 可比的保护标准。
Retention留存
We keep personal data only as long as it serves the purposes above or is required by law, then dispose of it securely.我们仅在上述目的所需或法律要求的期间内保留个人数据，之后安全销毁。
