Where a learner is a minor, processing is carried out on the basis of the consent of the school and/or a parent or guardian. A school or parent may review, correct or withdraw at any time, subject to legal and contractual limits.

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.

Student data is processed in-region in Singapore. Where any transfer outside Singapore is necessary, we take steps consistent with the PDPA to ensure a comparable standard of protection.

Use the service lawfully and for its intended educational purpose. Do not misuse it, attempt to breach its security, or upload content you have no right to use.

The service is built to be trustworthy: it cites its sources, abstains when unsure, and presents results for a teacher's review. AI outputs are assistive and are not a substitute for professional judgement; the teacher or user retains the final decision and responsibility for how outputs are used.
